Do you want to get a taste of CranioSacral Therapy and its light touch before applying to one of our CranioSacral Therapy 1 (CST1) class?
Do you want to learn to palpate the craniosacral rhythm of your own and others' and to find out how to use it to relieve and control pain, reduce stress and promote relaxation?
An exciting, practice-oriented workshop both for people with no health care background and for health care providers.
In addition to finding out the origin and scientific background of CranioSacral Therapy, learning about the craniosacral system and its influence on our overall health, participant will learn a simple, gentle yet very effective technique called Still Point induction they can apply to themselves and their loved ones.
It can provide relief to headaches, stress, muscle hypertone, high temperature, anxiety, hyperavtivity, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, etc. and enhance our overall health and well-being.
No prior knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required.

CANCELLATION
Free cancellation up until 14 days prior the date of the workshop. In case of cancellation 11-14 days prior the workshop penalty is 50% of workshop tuition, within 10 days prior the workshop penalty is 100% of workshop tuition.
Workshop tuition includes 5000 HUF registration fee. In case of cancellation this amount in non-refundable.
WHAT TO BRING
We suggest you to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
In order to keep our room clean, please bring your indoor shoes
Drinking enough water is essential, so please make sure you have enough still water or herbal tea with you.
Lunch break is approx. 30-40 minutes. You can prepare a sandwich or bring your own lunch, and keep it in our fridge.
We will provide a workshop note for you to take home.
