Head of Institute, Craniosacral Therapist, International Instructor, Director of Upledger Institute Hungary, Visceral Manipulation Therapist, Conductor-Teacher, Naturopath: Alternative Movement and Massage Therapist, Human Kinesiologist.
Being raised in a family of medical professionals, the passion for healing has always been in my blood. Although I studied at the most prestigious Math specialized high school of the country, I have always known that I would choose helping and curing others as my profession. First, I graduated as a conductor-teacher in 1996, and worked almost 15 years with disabled children mostly abroad. Meanwhile I studied Marketing, tasted Law, and graduated Summa Cum Laude at the Faculty of Communication in Esztergom.
My first encounter with Craniosacral Therapy (CST) happened in Denmark in 2002, and I immediately fell in love with it. I have searched for the source, and have learnt the method and its ins and outs directly from Dr. Upledger, the developer of CST therapy. With the help of the courses and further trainings I have travelled all around the world; I studied in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Madrid, the USA, Ireland and the Bahamas. I have completed all levels of the Craniosacral Therapy Course Series of The Upledger Institute International (UII).
After opening my CranioSacral Therapy practice as a pioneer in Hungary in 2004, I soon realized, that due to the effectiveness and wide range of application of the method, much more well qualified professionals are needed. This is how I began to organize the official education of Craniosacral Therapy in Hungary in 2008, and in 2009 I was appointed as Director of the Hungarian affiliate of UII. In the beginning, I took part in the courses as a Teaching Assistant to my International Instructor colleagues and as an interpreter. Meanwhile, I had the growing feeling of providing the Hungarian students with the possibility of learning the method in their mother tongue. This made me start the years long Instructor course program, and in 2011 I earned my title of International Instructor. Since then I have been teaching the method not only in Hungary, but also in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Turkey, Ukraine, The Czech Republic, Slovenia, England, Russia, Denmark and Latvia.
In 2011 I completed the Aquatic Dolphin Assisted CranioSacral Therapy Program. This way in summer I also work as a certified aquatic dolphin assisted therapist. I accompany students and patients to the Bahamas, where we combine progressive CranioSacral Therapies with aquatic and dolphin assisted methods. Together with them I experience again and again the role of the ocean and nature in healing, as well as, the free and mutual interaction between people and dolphins. I feel deep gratitude for being able to experience with the help of the program what unconditional love means.
As Head of Upledger Institute Hungary (UIH), and the national representative of the method, I frequently hold presentations at scientific and other professional forums. Being leader therapist, I take part in the intensive therapy programs of the American parent company in Ireland, Florida and the Bahamas. I am an active member of the Ricky Williams Concussion Program, in which we treat former NFL players suffering from traumatic brain injuries, within the frame of a research program.
In 2010 I opened my second therapeutic practice in Budapest, where I work together with my most talented, highly qualified and experienced students as an enthusiastic and effective team. In 2011 I completed my Naturopath Certification Program, and earned a degree in Alternative Movement and Massage Therapy. I practice Prananadi at 8/4 level. Currently I study at the Semmelweis University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, Department of Human Kinesiology. I plan to write my Ph.D. thesis in the topic of Craniosacral Therapy and rehabilitation of sport injuries.
I like spending my little free time in the nature and with my friends, I am also keen on doing sports.

CranioSacral Therapist, Visceral Manipulation Therapist, Naturopath: Alternative Movement and Massage Therapist, Prananadi Master.
I am Peter Sághy, certified CranioSacral Therapist with CST-T International Certification, and Naturopath. I have always been interested in the functioning of the Human Body, but until my 40 years of age I worked in other fields of life in Hungary and abroad as well.
My first experience with CranioSacral Therapy was more than 10 years ago. At that time as a patient, I was among the first ones who could witness the beneficial effects of the therapy with the help of a good childhood friend of mine, Orsolya Gábriel, who brought the method from America to Hungary. In 2010 she was the one who encouraged me to discover better the therapy, this way beyond our old friendship, now we are connected professionally too. That was the time when I began to put more emphasis on maintaining more natural life, natural healthcare, on physical, mental and spiritual development.
I have completed all the courses available in Hungary within the educational framework of The Upledger Institute. This way I have built a continuously higher level of knowledge base that I use of great pleasure for supporting and healing my patients.
Since acquiring my international CST-T Certificate, I have been playing an active role in the Hungarian therapist education program too. At courses, I work as a Teaching Assistant, at further trainings held for our certified students, as a Study Group Leader. Besides, I apply the Tibetan Prananadi techniques - primarily on myself - to be able to give the best and most effective treatment to my patients.
With CranioSacral Therapy I have found a scientifically based method which does not treat body and mind separately, but together with holistic approach.
In our health centers I witness every day new “miracles”, be it the termination of our patients’ chronic pain, the improvement of certain organic problems, or the release of serious emotional blocks causing severe somatic symptoms. It is worth learning and doing CranioSacral Therapy for those moments, when e.g.: a non-speaking child says the first word, or a spine surgery is cancelled due to sudden improvement in condition. I wish everyone could experience this effective and unique method in Hungary too, this way being a part of the Miracle.

CranioSacral Therapist, Visceral Manipulation Therapist, Naturopath: Foot Reflexologist
My life changed on a foggy February morning, when three people called me within an hour asking whether I have heard about CranioSacral Therapy. I checked the webpage, and immediately had the feeling: This is my way! Driven by my instincts I applied for the next course immediately, and since then CranioSacral Therapy has become my profession, my job, my hobby, my passion. In CranioSacral Therapy I found what I have been always looking for: A unique method that heals both physical and emotional blocks and helps body, mind and soul live in harmony. Ever since I started this journey, not only the lives of my patients, but also my own have changed, transformed and became balanced. I am grateful to be able to witness each day pains disappearing, lives changing, and traumas being released.
I believe in the intelligence of the body. I believe that with professional help everybody is able to start the internal self-healing processes. I believe, that good therapist is not a wonder-worker, but an empathic helper supporting the process. However, healing is not possible without the patient’s active participation.
Beside treating adults, helping children means a unique experience to me, as I can use the knowledge I have learnt since my childhood. I have been raised by the best drama and special education teacher of Hungary, my mother, and I have recently realized how naturally I have learnt from her, how to meet children where they are and how to support their own development in a playful, amusing but firm way.
Originally, I graduated as an economist at the College of Foreign Trade, worked in the media business, but after the birth of my children I turned my attention towards subtle healing methods. After completing the official naturopath education program, I specialized in Foot Reflexology and Schuessler Facial Analysis. Later I completed the CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation courses at Upledger Institute Hungary. I take part in the courses of the Institute as Teaching Assistant regularly, trying to give my knowledge and enthusiasm to future therapists.
I practice Tibetan Reiki (Prananadi) at level 6.
Beside continuous learning I also pay attention to being treated and energetically refilled, in order to provide my patients with that calm and balanced background which helps them heal.
I welcome everyone wishing to get better with love, conscious presence and my best knowledge. English and Spanish patients are also welcome.

ERZSÉBET MÁRKUSZNÉ GYŐRI (Zsóka)
CranioSacral Therapist, Naturopath: Alternative Movement and Massage Therapist
I have realized that I want to dedicate myself to helping patients during a hospital examination, when I was a teenager. From 1994 after finishing medical school I worked as a scrub nurse at a trauma ambulance. Following the birth of my children I continued my career in the social field.
Beside recreation, health preservation and physical activity have always played an important role in my life. Just like my efforts to help people understand the importance of those. Therefore, in 2003 I continued my studies at Semmelweis University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, where I graduated as recreation manager.
In 2015 I studied natural medicine, focusing primarily on the field of alternative movement and massage therapy.
I came across CranioSacral Therapy by reading the first article published in Hungary in 2008. It was love at first sight, so I immediately applied for the course. I am still an enthusiast, I have completed all the courses available in Hungary within the educational framework of The Upledger Institute.
I acquired my international CST-T Certificate in 2010. Since then I help the Instructors’ work as a Teaching Assistant, and support our students in study groups and private lessons.
During my treatments, I wish my patients experienced the self-healing processes of their body, and the formation of a new balanced state. I treat seniors, adults and also children with pleasure. Dealing with children gives me joy, I like their natural behavior and their way of thinking. The relaxing atmosphere of the treating room is very important to me, just like the friendly relationship with my colleagues, that our patients can experience from the very first time.
I like spending my free time in nature with my family and friends.

I graduated as a physiotherapist at the Medical College. I worked in the acute neurological department in Szekszárd for 17 years. The number of patients was growing year after year, therefore we had less and less time available for focusing on one case. I wanted to change this, therefore I opened my private practice. This way I could spend more time with patients. Nevertheless, I often experienced the weaknesses and boundaries of my profession, that is why I turned my attention towards other alternative medical methods. This is how I found CranioSacral Therapy (or the therapy found me?).
The method had an extraordinary impact on me. As a therapist, I experienced loads of positive effects among my patients, I could witness unbelievable recoveries. These results made me learn CranioSacral Therapy at the highest level. I took part in national and foreign courses, and later helped students as a Teaching Assistant too. As a patient, I could feel the unique effectiveness of the method myself, when practicing in courses and study groups.
My wide experience I gained during my professional career represents a solid base for high quality and successful work.

JUDIT BODÓNÉ DÁVID
CranioSacral Therapist, Visceral Manipulation Therapist, Radiologist Assistant
I originally graduated as a radiologist assistant. Even though I always knew I wanted to work with people, I got my second degree in the field of economy, and only heard of CranioSacral Therapy was when my first son turned 9. He was born with neural hearing damage that caused several physical issues and mental stress, such as motor tics and twitches. His manual therapist got to the conclusion, that his neck muscles were so tight they compressed his cervical vertebrae and the cartilage started to degenerate… at the age of 9!
She recommended CranioSacral Therapy and we gave it a try. After a couple of sessions all motor tick and twithces, tension and pain were gone. I was truly amazed by this gentle technique being so effective. As a mom I was most grateful for the therapist and the Hungarian Upledger Institute. After I had my first experiences as a patient, it got my full attention and respect. Right after that I attended the Upeldger CranioSacral Therapy workshop Level 1. It's been 8 years.
I attended all available Upledger courses in Hungary, and had the previledge to participate as a therapist in one of the Dolphin Assisted CranioSacral Therapy programs organised by the Institute. Words cannot describe what a life changing experience it was.
I have been working in Orsolya's office, the country's No.1 official CranioSacral Therapy Clinic for 2 years. Since then I use the modality on a daily basis with love and joy. I also participate in teaching CranioSacral Therapy as a teaching assistant of Orsolya.
Although I am studying naturopathy to extend my knowledge in the field of alternative medicine, I tuly believe that I can support my patients the most by applying CST on them. I am so grateful that I can call CranioSacral Therapy my profession.

CranioSacral Therapist, Physiotherapist, Maitland Manual Therapist, Structural Bodyworker, Viscelar Manipulation Therapist
From an early age it was clear to me to choose a job in a caring profession, so I decided to become a physiotherapist. After graduating from the University I gained experience in the field of rheumatology, rehabilitation and spinal care, first in the national health care system, later in the private sector.
Some years later I felt I would like to support my patients more efficiently, so first I learned manual therapy, than due to my own personal experience, I started to study CranioSacral Therapy in 2012. I was fascinated by the therapeutic power and underlying possibilities of this gentle therapy, so I have completed all the available courses of CranioSacral Therapy in Hungary. The very nature of CranioSacral Therapy, that it treats the person as a whole, at a physical, emotional and mental level, can lead to a more complete and long lasting recovery.
No matter what bodywork training I participate, I am always amazed how wonderful and complex our organism is and how little we know about it. Therefore I feel that the best I can do is, to be as prepared professionally as possible and gently support my patients in finding their own way in their physical and emotional recovery with the help of CranioSacral Therapy.
Having experienced the efficiency of the gentle touch used in CranioSacral Therapy led me to learn similar approaches like NeuroManipulation and Visceral Manipulation, which aims to evaluate and treat internal organs and related musculosceletal issues. I am grateful for all the experiences and changes I have witnessed within myself as well as in my patients as a therapist day by day.

CranioSacral Therapist, Spiritual Response Therapy Consultant and Trainer, Certified Therapist of The Reconnective Healing® and The Reconnection®, Naturopath: Alternative Movement and Massage Therapist, Hellinger Family Constellation and Organizational Constellation Therapist
My name is Edina Hoffmeister. I believe, that everything that is happening to us, happens for a reason. Including bad things.
If you opened the book of my life, among numerous colorful pictures you would find sad pages too. Yes, I did experience several difficulties. Just like any of us. An illness made me step on my path. After all the traditional examinations and treatments resulted inefficient, I turned to alternative medicine, especially Spiritual Response Therapy. AND IT DID WORK.
Simply, easily, quickly. Not my symptoms, but the cause of the problem was treated. It had a great effect on me both physically and mentally. I had the feeling that I have to learn the method to be able to help mostly my family and friends, at that time. Several positive changes happened to our lives thanks to SRT.
Thanks to friends’ recommendations, more and more people turned to me for help, afterwards. Slowly I realized, that the physical-mental-spiritual purification, development and healing of the people turning to me gives me more joy than any other work. This made me dedicate myself to this profession.
I have learnt a lot since then. I have been searching all the possible forms of healing which my patients could benefit from. Today I apply several methods among others: CranioSacral Therapy, The Reconnective Healing®, Recall Healing, Bars Therapy and German New Medicine. I believe that there can be many ways of positive change. I welcome everyone with pleasure and open heart, who wishes to open a new chapter in life with my help.
I believe, that everything happening to us, happens for a reason. Just as you have found us now.
